1. Ride Requests and Confirmations

Submitting a booking request through our website or by phone does not guarantee a ride. A ride is confirmed only when dispatch explicitly accepts or confirms the request. We may decline or revise a request based on vehicle availability, weather, road conditions, or safety concerns.

2. Quotes and Rates

Any fare estimates provided online or over the phone are approximate unless explicitly stated as a flat rate. Actual fares may vary based on traffic, route changes, waiting time, or additional stops requested during the trip. Tolls and parking fees incurred during the trip are the responsibility of the passenger.

3. Route Changes and Waiting Time

Route changes, additional stops, or waiting time may affect the final fare. Where possible, dispatch will explain applicable pricing before confirming the change. Passengers should contact dispatch promptly if pickup instructions change.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

If you need to cancel a confirmed ride, notify dispatch as soon as possible. Any cancellation or no-show charge that applies to a specific trip will be communicated when the ride is confirmed or when the relevant change is requested.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Conduct: Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers. Abusive language, threats, or physical violence will result in immediate termination of the ride and potential involvement of law enforcement.
Luggage: Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.
Safety: Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Damage: Passengers may be responsible for reasonable damage or cleaning costs caused by negligent or intentional conduct, subject to applicable law and communication of the charge.

6. Medical Non-Emergency Disclaimer

Eagle River Cabs provides non-emergency medical transportation. Our drivers are not medical professionals and our vehicles are not equipped to handle medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.

7. Weather and Road Disruptions

Service may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled due to severe weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We prioritize the safety of our drivers and passengers and will communicate any significant delays as promptly as possible.

8. Website Availability and Third-Party Links

We strive to keep our website accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites.

9. Limitation of Liability
